- Cosmetic skins
- Virtual currency or items
- Pets or pet accessories
- In-game materials
- Expansions or downloadable content (DLC)

Per U.S. federal law and state regulations, digital products are not eligible for traditional returns once delivery is complete.
- General Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital purchases except where legally required or in limited exceptions as outlined below.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The item was purchased fraudulently or without authorization
- The purchased item was never delivered or failed due to a technical issue directly caused by our systems
- You were charged multiple times for the same item
- A refund is required by your local state law
Refunds are not issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
- Dissatisfaction with in-game content, features, or balance
- Items lost due to in-game actions, bans, or moderation
- Platform-Specific Refunds
If you purchased the item through a third-party platform (e.g. Steam, Epic, Xbox, PlayStation), your refund eligibility is also subject to that platform’s refund policy.
We do not override, process, or control refunds on third-party stores.

Include:
- Your username and platform
- Purchase receipt or transaction ID
- Explanation of the issue
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method or issued as in-game credit, at our sole discretion.
- State-Specific Compliance
We comply with all applicable U.S. state laws. For example:
- California Civil Code § 1723 requires refund policies to be clearly posted—this policy serves as our disclosure.
- Massachusetts and New York consumer protection laws allow refunds for defective digital content or failure to deliver.
- Tennessee law (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-101 et seq.) allows refunds for deceptive or failed digital transactions under the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act.
You may file a complaint with your state’s consumer protection agency if you believe your rights were violated. We encourage you to reach out to us first—we want to help.
- Chargebacks and Fraud
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:
- Immediate suspension or banning of your account
- Revocation of purchased content
- Further action to recover losses and report fraudulent behavior
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of digital delivery.
