2.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication methods used.

Enchantaverse is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
2.3 Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, disable, or terminate your account without prior notice under the following conditions:
- If you violate our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines
- If we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- If we receive a valid legal request from law enforcement
- If your actions disrupt the experience for other users or harm the integrity of the game
Suspension or termination may result in the loss of in-game progress, virtual items, or other associated content. We are not obligated to refund any purchases made prior to account action unless required by law.
2.4 Legal Compliance
These actions are in accordance with applicable U.S. laws (including the Federal Trade Commission Act, Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), as well as Tennessee state laws on fraud, digital commerce, and user protection (e.g., Tennessee Consumer Protection Act).
We reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement or legal authorities when necessary.

Enchantaverse offers optional in-game purchases, including but not limited to: cosmetic skins, pets, materials, currency, or other virtual goods and downloadable content (DLC). All purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.
3.1 Payment Processing
All transactions are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, platform stores like Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace). By making a purchase, you agree to the respective platform’s payment terms and policies in addition to ours.
3.2 No Refund Policy
All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. This includes purchases of:
- Cosmetic items

Refunds may be issued only if:
- The purchase was unauthorized and reported promptly

If you request a refund through your payment provider or platform, your access to the purchased content may be revoked.

In-game items and currency:
- Have no real-world cash value
- Cannot be transferred, traded, or sold outside of Enchantaverse
- Are intended solely for use within the game
We do not offer exchanges for digital goods, and we reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust virtual goods at any time for balance or operational reasons without compensation.
3.4 Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes or digital goods taxes required by law. All taxes, if applicable, will be clearly indicated before finalizing a transaction. We comply with Tennessee’s digital sales tax laws as mandated by the Tennessee Department of Revenue.
3.5 Parental Consent for Minors
Users under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to make purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and approving in-game purchases made through their accounts or linked platforms.
3.6 Fraud and Chargebacks
We monitor for fraudulent activity. Accounts found to be engaging in unauthorized transactions or chargebacks may be suspended or permanently banned. Enchantaverse reserves the right to collect outstanding balances and seek recovery through lawful means if necessary.
- Refund Policy
At Enchantaverse, all purchases of digital goods—including cosmetic items, in-game currency, and downloadable content—are considered final and non-refundable, in accordance with industry standards and applicable U.S. and Tennessee law.

By purchasing digital goods in Enchantaverse, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind, user error, or dissatisfaction with gameplay or digital content.
- This policy applies to all platforms where the game is available (Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.), in addition to any direct transactions processed through third-party providers.
4.2 Exceptions (Required by Law)
Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances when required by law, including:
- Unauthorized or fraudulent charges, reported within a reasonable time frame.
- Technical issues directly caused by our system that prevent delivery or access to purchased content.
- Automatic renewal of a subscription (if applicable) that was not clearly disclosed or not canceled before renewal.
If a refund is approved, it may be issued in the original form of payment, or via in-game credit at our discretion.
4.3 Platform-Specific Refunds
Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic, PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace) are also subject to that platform’s refund policy. You must contact the platform directly for refund inquiries relating to their services.
We do not override or manage external refund requests, and we are not responsible for refund decisions made by those platforms.
4.4 Parental Responsibility
Enchantaverse is rated for mature audiences in some regions. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and managing in-game purchases made by minors under their supervision.
We are not liable for unauthorized purchases made by minors where platform parental controls or payment safeguards were not properly used.
4.5 Chargebacks and Disputes
Submitting a chargeback or dispute without contacting our support team first may result in:
- Account suspension or permanent ban
- Loss of access to previously purchased digital content
- Possible legal action to recover the cost of disputed purchases, if the chargeback is found to be false or fraudulent
We encourage users to resolve any concerns directly through our official support channels before initiating a dispute.
